RICHLAND CO., Ill. - The ever-popular subject of animal control leads the agenda for a special meeting of the Richland County Board this week.
The special meeting has been called for Thursday, August 15, and is to be held at 5 p.m. in the county's board room, located on the west side of the Richland County Sheriff's Department/jail complex, across the street from the courthouse in Olney.
