HAMILTON CO., Ill. -Hamilton County State's Attorney Justin Hood has updated information on the man accused of stabbing two people in an alleged home invasion.
Charges were filed Wednesday (January 27) on Duane Carlson, the 37-year-old man from Percy, Illinois, who stands accused in the incident.
Hood said the defendant was brought to court yesterday (Jan. 28) for his first appearance. Carlson stands charged with Home Invasion, Class X; Aggravated Domestic Battery, Class 2; Aggravated Battery with a Weapon, Class 3; and Felon in Possession of a Weapon, Class 3.
Carlson's bond has been set at $150,000. He is set for a preliminary hearing on February 18, at 10:30 a.m.
