RICHLAND CO.— Kristopher L. Booth, 41, now of 120 East South St., Olney, has been charged with Unlawful Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
The formal charge alleges that on or about January 22, Booth was taken into custody at the East South Street address for failing to inform the city police department within three days after establishing that address as his residence as is required in accordance with the provisions of the Child Sex Offender Registration Act.
In the 2015 case Booth was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and ordered to pay $422 in fines and fees, of which he has paid nothing.
