RICHLAND CO.— Yet another person with the last name of Cessna has made her way into the drug news.
Kathi S. Cessna, 20, of 601 S. May St., Sumner, who apparently goes by “Sue” (at least for social networking purposes) has been charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine.
The formal charge alleges that on August 6, while at 127 East South Ave., Olney, she knowingly delivered less than five grams of meth.
Police say that Ms. Cessna wasn’t the only one on East South Avenue dealing meth.
Charles L. Shroyer, 25, of 802 South Camp Ave., Olney, was also charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine after authorities say, on the same day as Cessna, he also knowingly delivered meth while at 127 East South Ave.
Whether or not the pair delivered the same less than five grams or a total of 10 is not clear.
The Cessna name holds a place of prominence in the criminal world along with Kelly Cessna, Mary Ann Cessna, Shannon Gorley Cessna, and Mark Cessna
Cash bond in Shroyer’s case was set at $1,000.
Kathi Sue Cessna was released from police custody August 8 after a $500 cash bond was posted on her behalf by Larry A. Earnst, 48, of 1008 East Corporation St., Bridgeport.
Cash bond in Mr. Shroyer’s case was set at $1,000.
Whether or not he is back running the streets due to some unknown benefactor is not known.
Ms. Cessna has been busy on social networking blithely defending one of the lowest of the low in a multi-county area, Jonathan Trout, the pugilistic child sex offender and now accused drug felon, with whom Cessna has unwisely hooked up.
Apparently, the two are going to be married, which may or may not be a blow to both family names, such as they are across Richland, Lawrence, Wabash, White, Hamilton and Saline.
Whether or not this particular Cessna is an up-and-coming drug dealer, a low level dealer or one of the fam caught out there on the fringe who was just at the wrong place at the wrong time is unknown, but time will surely tell.
