OLNEY, Ill. - An accident early this morning injured a motorcyclist from Noble, sending her to the hospital in Olney.
Unfortunately, Olney Police didn't have any update on her condition as of this posting.
Olney PD's Officer Holly Hamilton advised that the accident occurred this morning (Friday, September 16) at 6:57 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. Route 50 and East Street on the outer edge of the city.
OPD and the Richland County Sheriff's Department responded to the accident, which OPD described as a motorcycle v. vehicle.
The motorcycle driver, Hope Rule, 52, of Noble was injured and transported to Richland Memorial Hospital.
OPD said that nothing further is known on Rule’s condition. If we learn more, we'll update.
